We are sure that many people who read the title of this article will assume that we are talking about America’s Got Talent. The fact of the matter is that we are talking about that other AGT, Australia’s Got Talent. Unfortunately, YouTube blacks out Australia’s Got Talent in the United States but fortunately,  Gentlemen of Deceit have shared their audition with the world. The question is, Who are The Gentlemen of Deceit?

The group consists of a teacher, a doctor and an insurance salesman. Alex, Vyom and Luke first met at a secret magic society and when they saw each other performing they decided to create an act as a trio (something they hadn’t seen done before) for the Melbourne Comedy Festival in 2011. When they first decided to combine forces, they called themselves “A MODERN DECEPTION”. Soon they realized that this name was a bad choice so they decided to simply become GENTLEMEN OF DECEIT.

According to their website,  Gentlemen of Deceit have performed in theaters, galas, tents, birthdays, Christmas parties, magic castles, corporate events, dungeons, taverns and many other places they weren’t invited. Of course, the magic castle they are referring to is THE MAGIC CASTLE in Hollywood, California.
